Dr Commons Philosophy

My lifes word is dedicated to helping human beings attain an improvement in their appearance and quality of life in a safe, secure,  nearly pain free  environment   with  a pleasing, natural, end result appearance.

Dr. George Commons is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a professional organization whose exacting standards of surgical excellence define the specialist surgeon. The American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc., which administers rigorous written and oral testing of surgeons who specialize in plastic surgery, also certifies him as a plastic surgeon.

His years of experience in plastic surgery began first as a plastic surgery Resident and Fellow at Stanford University Medical Center, then as Chief of Plastic Surgery in the U.S. Air Force at Clark A.F.B. in the Philippines.

Dr. Commons has enjoyed a practice of aesthetic surgery in Palo Alto. He is an adjunct clinical assistant professor in the department of surgery (plastic surgery) at Stanford University Medical Center, where he participates in training plastic surgeons in the Residency Program.

Dr Commons is a director of  the free standing surgicenter operates with DRs Kaplan,  Kim,  and Laub.     His center,  the Plastic Surgery Center , is certified by the prestigious Quad A certification board  and approved by Stanford for use by Stanford faculty and residents.

Dr.  Commons professional papers.......,  Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal, and has authored and co-authored chapters in  7 text books of medicine and plastic surgery.
